Angela is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist specialising in Organisational Development, with seventeen years’ experience within this field, specialising in Organisational Culture and Change. She believes the application of psychological theory and research can provide a different perspective into organisations, offering alternative approaches to transform the way organisations’ work.

Rebecca is a Sociology and Psychology graduate. She demonstrates a high level of knowledge and skills when researching topics to ensure evidence-based practices are always at the forefront of our work. Rebecca is particularly interested in culture change and considers the psychological theories underpinning this, crucial to all culture change programmes.
